Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) Claim
Many people don't realise that their Superannuation often includes Disability Insurance for when they are unable to work due to any long-term injury or illness. A TPD payment covers a range of accidents, injuries and illnesses, and your disability does not have to be a direct result of something that happened at work.

Full District Court filing fees are payable unless you are the holder of a Centrelink Concession Card. In some circumstances there may be medical report costs.
